Key Deliverables :
- Manage end-to-end EDI setup, including file mapping, testing, and error resolution.
- Act as the main point of contact with insurance carriers and clients to resolve EDI issues.
- Identify and improve process gaps in EDI operations.
- Support ongoing EDI connections and contribute to operational projects.
Role Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve data discrepancies with carriers/vendors.
- Ensure adherence to productivity metrics and SLAs.
- Support EDI operations post-production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
