Key Deliverables:
- Maintain and manage an internal dashboard to ensure accurate client data alignment with insurance carriers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and confirm insurance enrollments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies by working with product, support, and engineering teams.
- Innovate and optimize insurance data confirmation processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
