Key Deliverables
- Drive cross-functional programs focused on customer adoption and wallet share growth.
- Define and track goals across business metrics such as DAU, orders, and conversion rates.
- Design and execute DAU-boosting constructs, communication strategies, and engagement flows.
- Lead time-bound initiatives in collaboration with Category, Growth, and Supply Chain teams.
