Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
