Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Regularly meet with clients to review their portfolio or requirements and ensure they are satisfied with the company's offerings.Handle client queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
