Reporting to the Manager of System Engineering , the Senior Systems Specialist will be a go-to person in the department. You will respond to a wide variety of issues, collaborate with teams across the company, and contribute to impactful technical solutions.
As a Senior Systems Specialist (Windows), You Will:
- Manage and maintain server environments based on Microsoft technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolving escalated incidents.




- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing recent infrastructure deployments or upgrades.
- Perform regular backup operations, implement patches, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Review capacity planning, storage management, and database performance.
- Optimize server infrastructure and plan for growth through capacity forecasting and expansion.
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in information security monitoring, incident response, and investigations.
- Create repeatable SOPs for deployed systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation and occasional travel as needed.

As a Senior Systems Specialist (Windows), You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex and large
