Technical Project Manager – Genisys Group

Genisys Group is looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead development teams, drive Agile project execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting prospect to work with cutting-edge technologies and play a crucial role in shaping successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage .NET/Node.js, React, and AWS-based projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee cross-functional development teams, ensuring on-time and quality-driven project delivery .
- Implement and drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) while mentoring teams on best practices.
- Handle client and vendor interactions , ensuring smooth communication and alignment with business goals.
- Support presales activities and contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) preparation .
- Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.

Technical Requirements:




- Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) or Node.js, React, and AWS .
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server , and modern project management tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project .
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments with a Certified Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience , with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role .
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams .
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive results, and ensure project success .
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
