We are seeking an experienced and driven AGM - Supply Chain with expertise in E-commerce operations, supply chain management, and digital transformation to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strategic planning, and procurement, combined with strong project management and digital transformation skills. As AGM, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure seamless execution from procurement to order fulfilment, driving overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Planning & Operations :
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain process, including Demand Planning, MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure optimal inventory levels, and reduce operational costs.
- Manage purchasing activities to meet service level targets while optimizing working capital.




- Lead procurement strategies for key product categories, ensuring cost optimization, timely deliveries, and strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee contract formulation, pricing strategy, and negotiations with vendors to mitigate risks and ensure favourable terms for the organization.
- Manage vendor performance and drive supplier capability assessments, ensuring quality and reliability standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost.
- Implement operational best practices and monitor key metrics such as Order Fill Rate (OTIF), capacity utilization, and lead time reduction.
- Lead teams to solve complex business problems and deliver significant ROI improvements.
- Lead and oversee ERP D365 F&O; implementation across multiple legal entities, ensuring bus
