As a Data Governance Specialist, you are part of our growing Data & Artificial Intelligence team within our Digital Core function, where we work together on supporting the wider needs and demands from the business, transforming the way we think of data and embedding data management in our key deliveries across all areas of the energy industry. In this fast-paced environment, you will assist your team in the formation and execution of the data governance framework, policy, standards; with particular focus on building and executing data maturity assessments and building a framework for data governance sustainability that can help us monitor the progress we make in our governance journey. You will assist in the implementation of an enterprise data governance program, the enablement and operationalization of our data governance roles and the materialization of new ways of working that truly bring data governance alive at Siemens Energy.
How You ll Make an Impact
- Lead our efforts to design and execute a framework for data governance sustainability, consisting of tools,



enablers and collaboration mechanisms to effectively assess the maturity of our data domains, monitor and support continuous progress
- You can communicate and present data governance concepts clearly and is able to support upskilling and training activities that serve to enable and operationalize the data management roles in the organization.
- You have experience designing, delivering and executing (baselining) data maturity models; therefore, being able to continuously support their embedding and monitoring against targets
- You have experience creating suitable content in service of producing, refining, and publishing recent artifacts such as policies, procedures, and guidelines. These will be key in maturing the concept of data governance sustainability across all of Siemens Energy
