Key Deliverables
- Lead end-to-end program design and execution to improve fulfillment experience and operational metrics.
- Drive data-informed decision-making and influence product enhancements for logistics (Valmo).
- Collaborate with product, analytics, finance, and ops to solve complex fulfillment challenges.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and program adherence with internal/external teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Use first principles thinking to tackle ambiguous logistics problems at scale.
- Track experience metrics for marketplace participants and proactively address gaps.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives within the F&E; charter.
- Navigate across business verticals to ensure cross-functional program success.
