Key Deliverables
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations in the assigned cluster.
- Monitor and manage partner performance to meet operational goals and metrics.
- Conduct regular facility visits to audit processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and drive continuous improvement within the cluster.
Role Responsibilities
