The Principal Global Benefits Analyst will play a key role in managing and enhancing our benefits offerings across the APAC region. This highly collaborative role will require a deep understanding of regional benefits practices and compliance, along with a strategic mindset for designing and implementing innovative benefits programs. The successful candidate will lead multiple annual country benefit renewals, manage employee communication and education around benefits,



and contribute to the development of regional wellness programs. This individual will report directly to the Head of Global Benefits and work alongside colleagues supporting EMEA and Americas regions. In addition, this role will partner closely with Compensation, HR Operations, and key business partners to ensure the successful execution of global benefits strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the annual renewal process for benefits programs across multiple APAC countries. Work with external vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to review, negotiate, and ensure competitive and compliant benefit offerings.
- Develop and implement clear and engaging benefits communications to educate employees on available benefits programs. This includes creating communication materials (emails, intranet pages, FAQs) and hosting webinars or virtual meetings to ensure employees understand their benefits options.
