Lead Engineer Design and Development Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze the requirements of the project.
- Suggest possible solutions for the given requirements.
- Realize the requirements and implement them with the highest quality and on time.
- Guide project team members on technical topics.
- Ensure design and implementation are in alignment with the overall architecture.

Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in software development using C#.
- Good knowledge of C# Dot Net 4.0 or above.
- Knowledge of WPF, WCF is desirable.
- Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, design principles & patterns, and a positive understanding of the overall architecture.
- Past experience in the medical domain is preferred.
- Well-versed with agile software development methodology.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
