About the role
This role is the Site Reliability Engineering Manager for the Efficiency and Performance SRE team at ThousandEyes. This team is located in our Bangalore office, and develops, builds, and maintains our Resource Intelligence initiatives, including cloud cost reporting, cloud cost management, efficiency and utilization indicators, as well as vendor engagement,



and also develops and improves resource- and performance-engineering tooling and protocols, as well as participating in developing some of our compliance automation. This team forms an integral part of our global follow-the-sun SRE oncall rotation. Expected areas of expertise include AWS IAM, cost and resource tooling and reporting, capacity planning, and foundational Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and its friends.
In addition, the team is composed of experts on availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, observability, and emergency response, with a robust focus on
automation.
