As a Partner Manager in the Digitalization team, you will play a crucial role in expanding Siemens' customer reach and impact across regions. Your primary objective will be to accelerate business growth by building strong relationships and driving strategic engagement with recent and existing channel partners, Xcelerator partners, and agencies for digital portfolios.
You will be responsible for educating internal stakeholders on the importance of channel partners, ensuring alignment with partner agreements and goals, and demonstrating the value of Siemens' solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel & Partner Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing channel partners to grow Siemens' digital business. Collaborate with Xcelerator partners to solve customer issues and drive business impact.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Siemens' digital portfolio, supporting partners in maximizing the value of technology and aligning with Siemens' business objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
Lead joint business planning initiatives with channel partners, ensure alignment with partner goals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and drive deal velocity.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal sales teams to jointly close deals, ensuring incremental revenue and enhancing overall business performance. Run regular forecast calls to ensure progress toward revenue objectives.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Gather and share competitive intelligence, working closely with vendors to enhance partner relationships and market positioning. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive understanding of the value of channel partnerships.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, advocating the benefits of Siemens' solutions and inspiring alignment with company goals.
