Role : Manager - Actuarial Pricing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership : Lead the North America actuarial pricing team, overseeing the execution of pricing processes for property insurance by Westchester, the E&S; specialty product group within Chubb.
- Resource Management : Manage senior resources in the team and ensure that an appropriate management structure and processes are in place for all team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand expectations, prioritize deliverables, and align the team's work with business objectives and timelines.
- Actuarial Transformation : Actively contribute to the actuarial transformation efforts within the company, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Mentoring :



Mentor and guide team members to enhance their expertise in actuarial pricing, products, rate filings, and related areas.

Eligibility:
- Qualification : Qualified or Near-qualified actuary with a specialization in property & casualty insurance.
- Experience : 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in the property & casualty insurance sector.
- Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills, robust interpersonal abilities, and effective team management skills.
- Additional Knowledge : Expertise in the US Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance market is highly desirable.
