Key Deliverables
- Lead strategic initiatives under the Valmo charter, driving user-centric, scalable logistics solutions.
- Execute 0-to-1 programs from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate across product, tech, analytics, and operations to drive fulfilment efficiency.
- Identify and plug process gaps through data-backed insights and continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage multi-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Use first-principles thinking and deep data analysis to challenge existing practices and innovate solutions.
- Own program metrics and deliver regular performance tracking and reporting.
- Represent the voice of the user (entrepreneur, customer, supplier) in all strategic decisions.
