Analyst - Actuarial Reserving

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include:
- Working on annual and quarterly Reserve review process;
- Working on annual and quarterly Actuals vs Expected (AvE) reports;
- Contributing to the improvement, creation, and/or implementation of processes to expand capabilities, improve efficiency, and enhance effectiveness;
- Working on Large claims adjustment to support the reserve review and AvE processes;
- Improving/updating new and existing quarterly and annual processes.

Qualifications :
- 0-2 years of actuarial experience.
- Positive actuarial exam progress in general insurance and preferably SP7&SP8; in IFOA/IAI.
- Prefer Reserve review and Reserve risk experience in general insurance.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Word, VBA, other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communications of analyses and results;
- Should be well organized and able to maintain good documentation and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills.
