Scope
- Your typical day's technical stack work will be focused in
- Cisco Firewall ( CISCO ISE/CISCO ASA ) and VPN – 25%- Install, configure, maintain, and manage network security systems including, access controls, firewalls, and other network security products
- F5 load balancer-20%
- Wireless- 20%
- Cisco Identity Service Engine-20%
- Switching and Routing- 15 %

What You'll Do
- Configure, troubleshoot, and manage routing protocols, firewall security policies/rules, Cisco ISE RBAC policy, service definitions, load balancing rules - creating a virtual server, Pool configuration, iRules,



SSL client-server configuration, redirection rules, etc.
- Monitor network availability and performance
- Configure network and access points for MS teams, Zoom, etc.
- Identify hardware problems through log investigation
- Report and investigate on anomalies outside the expected norm.
- Proxy ticket opening with carrier or vendor as required
- Open trouble tickets, follow-up, repair as required
- Open/follow-up/escalate with Cisco TAC as required, and with service provider, trouble ticket review of open tickets
- Follow up on open issues, update tickets periodically & closing it within SLA Review of Syslog status Documentation.
- Respond to system issues related to the infrastructure and fulfill service requests
- Prioritize workload and resolve any technical issues/roadblocks
