About MuSo:
Museum of Solutions (MuSo) is Indias first experiential children's museum , designed to empower children as critical thinkers, innovators, and problem-solvers . Through immersive exhibits and interactive experiences, MuSo fosters curiosity, collaboration, and creativity to help children shape a better future.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including venue, scheduling, and operational setup.
- Oversee the setup and wrap-up of events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Ensure attention to detail in event planning, from scheduling to resource management.

2. Rentals & Revenue Management:
- Handle rental inquiries and maintain rental agreements for MuSo spaces.
- Maintain a rental calendar and ensure proper scheduling.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets through rentals.

3. Database & Ticketing Management:
- Maintain a database of vendors, collaborators, and guests.
- Track event ticketing and implement marketing strategies to maximize attendance.

4. Feedback & Reporting:




- Collect feedback from event attendees and analyze data for improvements.
- Generate reports to measure event success and optimize future events.

5. Relationship & Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors for events and rentals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing , or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role (Freshers with relevant skills can apply).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage event logistics efficiently.
