- Lead end-to-end Global EOR implementation for international clients.
- Ensure timely onboarding of EOR employees and first payroll execution.
- Deliver tailored customer solutions aligned with Rippling best practices.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to documentation and internal tooling.

- Act as the primary advisor for clients during EOR onboarding.
- Investigate and resolve product and implementation challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to escalate issues and launch improvements.
