Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance and Automation Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance and automation strategy, considering industry best practices and standards.
- Define and enforce quality assurance processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure the delivery of defect-free software products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing life cycle.
2. Team Management and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a global team of quality engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to align quality goals with project objectives and timelines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the quality and automation team.
3. Test Automation Expertise:
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with various test automation tools such as Java, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Postman, SoapUI, Ready API, Rest Assured, etc.




- Evaluate and select the most suitable automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing activities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test cases, focusing on reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implement and enhance test data management and service virtualization strategies to facilitate effective testing.
4. Insurance Domain Knowledge and Product Management:
- Apply your expertise in the insurance domain to understand business requirements and align quality assurance efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure the execution of quality assurance and automation strategies align with product goals and objectives.

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in quality assurance and automation, with a demonstrated track record of success and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
