Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 22 700 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Position Overview The EWM Extended Warehouse Management Rollout Expert is a key member of the supply chain and logistics team responsible for implementing and managing the expansion of SAP EWM solutions across various locations within the organization This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams project managers IT personnel to ensure the successful rollout and integration of EWM systems Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive rollout plan for implementing SAP EWM in recent locations or business units Define project scope objectives timelines and resource requirements Lead and manage the execution of the EWM rollout plan ensuring alignment with overall business strategies System Integration Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of EWM with existing ERP systems interfaces and technologies Training and User Support Develop and deliver training programs for end-users ensuring they have a thorough understanding of EWM functionalities and processes Provide ongoing support to users addressing queries troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance Change Management Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of EWM solutions including communication stakeholder engagement and addressing resistance Quality Assurance and Testing Conduct rigorous testing of EWM systems to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies before and after rollout
