• Coordination with vendors for quotations & specifications for project. • Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters. • Coordinate with Finance team for payment related matters. • Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution. • Making of Technical Comparison and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase. • Freezing of equipment specification. • Ensure timely raising of indents in SAP. • Ensure Timely submission of completion reports for project. • Ensure timely delivery & related handover to plant. • Inter coordination for approval of P&ID;, GA drawings, Equipment and Site Layout etc. • Co-ordination with consultants for green field and modification projects. • Control & monitor project schedule and capex.
