Must Haves
- Proven experience in selling pumps to Oil & Gas companies is mandatory.
- Experience with API-certified pumps/rotating equipment and an established customer network within the Oil & Gas industry is required.
- Candidates with only compressor or turbine sales experience will be considered only if they have relevant pump sales experience.
- Strong existing relationships with Oil & Gas customers, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and end users are highly important.
- Ability to develop new accounts (hunting) as well as manage and grow existing customer accounts (farming).
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Candidates with Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong experience in rotating equipment sales.
