Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Instructional Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Instructional Designer will analyze training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts,



and design engaging learning experiences aligned with operational and performance goals. Responsibilities include developing curricula, storyboards, and learning paths for digital, blended, and immersive training solutions, and ensuring instructional soundness across eLearning, XR simulations, and multimedia content. The role involves selecting appropriate instructional strategies, adapting content to different learner groups, and mapping programs to measurable outcomes. The Instructional Designer will also support implementation on learning platforms, review learning effectiveness data, and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

- Ability to conduct Needs Analysis and translate business requirements into learning objectives and training solutions.
