As the Head of Quality Management, you will lead the quality function across the assigned organization, driving a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, product safety, and continuous improvement. You will define and implement the overall quality strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee quality management systems, quality governance, product safety, risk management, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects, manufacturing operations, and customer-facing activities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all quality-related matters while fostering collaboration across functions to strengthen operational performance and sustainable business growth.





We are looking for an experienced quality leader with extensive expertise in Quality Management Systems, operational excellence, manufacturing quality, and leadership of cross-functional teams within complex industrial environments.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the quality organization and manage national and international quality management networks, communities, and teams in alignment with Siemens Energy objectives and business priorities.
- Define and execute the overall quality vision, strategy, and roadmap to support customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including process management frameworks, governance structures, and compliance mechanisms.
- Drive the deployment of global quality initiatives and strategic quality programs while monitoring effectiveness and ensuring continuous improvement across assigned organizations.
