Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals for stock and custom-printed packaging solutions. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to meet sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as production, design,



and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation.
Ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
