Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in release and defect
management in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside
collaborative, detail-oriented, and supportive teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of releases and
effective defect management across multiple streams. Day-to-day, you’ll work
closely with teams across the business (such as QA, Development, Business, and
Change Management teams), lead defect triage sessions, and coordinate software
releases, among other responsibilities.





You’ll specifically take care of overseeing the defect lifecycle and ensuring
release readiness, but also drive process adoption and compliance across
cross-functional teams.

We’ll look to you for:

* Overseeing and managing the complete defect lifecycle from identification to
closure.

* Collaborating with teams to drive defect triage sessions and ensure timely
resolution of issues.

* Tracking, analyzing, and reporting defect metrics, trends, and KPIs to
stakeholders.

* Planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across various
environments.

* Ensuring compliance with Change Management processes and organizational
governance requirements.

* Leading process adoption initiatives and maintaining alignment with Quality
Management System (QMS) standards.
