Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

About the Role:

Drive resolution of existing manufacturing gaps and strengthen production stability by improving system, process, and operational effectiveness.



Actively partner with NPI/NTI teams to identify and mitigate manufacturing ramp risks, with solid focus on Safety, Quality, and Process Control in alignment with Automotive IATF requirements, ensuring a robust and reliable transition to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing HVM Enablement & Customer Readiness:

Own and drive resolution of existing manufacturing gaps across operations, MES, DM/IDM systems to ensure stable and controlled production execution with minimal disruption.
Act as the central integration and escalation lead across Production, Equipment Engineering, and IT/MES to enable structured problem resolution and sustained system robustness.
Partner with NPI / NTI teams from early stage to:

Identify and mitigate manufacturing ramp risks.
Ensure readiness aligned to Safety, Quality, and Process Control requirements.
Drive compliance with Automotive IATF standards prior to HVM.
