We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our software businesses within Valsoft's TAG Software Group.
Working alongside the Infrastructure Manager, you will design, implement, secure, and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure across multiple products and customer environments. You will play a key role in improving reliability, security, automation, and scalability while supporting mission-critical SaaS applications used by customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer with experience in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, automation, and DevOps practices, working closely with engineering, product, support, and customer success teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage and support infrastructure across multiple software products and customer environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical SaaS applications.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, including vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
