Location: This position will be based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities
• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 3D mechanical CAD models and assemblies
using SolidWorks.
• Create and update manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly
drawings, and detailed part drawings in accordance with engineering standards.
•Manage engineering data and CAD documents within PLM/PDM systems such as
Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, or SolidWorks PDM




•Ensure proper release, revision control, and lifecycle management of CAD
models, drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
•Support Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN),
and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) through the PLM workflow.
• Design and optimize mechanical components, sheet metal parts, fabricated
structures, and assemblies for functionality, manufacturability, and
cost-effectiveness.
• Support Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, drawing releases, and Engineering
Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and
cost-reduction principles during product development.
• Ensure compliance with company design standards, quality requirements, and
documentation practices.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and support fitting, assembly, and
interfacing requirements.
