Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Troubleshooting: Aalyze,



and resolve day-to-day technical incidents within defined SLAs.
Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and perform fit-gap analyses.
System Customisation: Implement UI and rule validations using Form Personalization to enhance standard user screens without touching core code.
System Design & Development: Customize and develop RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) components using SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF.
Integrations & Interfaces: Build, maintain, and secure inbound and outbound Integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Techno-Functional knowledge: Support core Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
