The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capabilities across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role will involve requirement analysis, solution design, technical development,



and ongoing support while working closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.

Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.
Configure, implement, and support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and ORC.
Develop and maintain reports, integrations, extensions, and conversions using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Support system upgrades, patch testing, and quarterly Oracle release evaluations.
Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues, working with Oracle Support where needed.
Perform data uploads and mass changes using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
