Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of US and/or Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards.
Work on a diverse range of projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components and systems.
Resolve design challenges and provide technical guidance to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to team members.

Requirements
B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution.




5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proven experience working on US and/or Middle East region projects.
Solid proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
