Role Description The Delegate Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.



This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential delegates for industry events, conferences, and expos, and effectively communicating the value proposition of participation. The delegate sales qualified will manage outbound calls, emails, and social outreach; maintain accurate records of interactions; and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, coordinating with marketing and event teams to align messaging, and ensuring timely follow-up and closures. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, feedback from prospects, and market trends to support continuous improvement of event offerings.
