BASIC FUNCTION

To ensure that each shift operates in accordance with HSE regulations, permitting systems are managed under team supervision.
To maintain efficient line operations, collaborate with Production shift teams, Maintenance, QA,



and Logistics through effective problem-solving and clear communication during shifts, while ensuring that each person is assigned to the most suitable job.
Monitor output against targets, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to maintain optimal line flow.
Support in Current grade development, process optimizations, spares management.
Ensure the product meets customer requirements for quality, quantity, and delivery by managing and controlling the production department, while maintaining high plant safety standards.
Ensure all products comply with specifications by monitoring process capability and implementing corrective and preventive actions, with an emphasis on reducing scrap and rework.
Consistently maintain and aim to exceed both individual and departmental KPIs each month through effective multitasking and team management.
