YOUR ROLE - JOB ROLE

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :

* Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and
time tracking.
* Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules.Design Time &
Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions.Integrate WFS
with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR
systems.Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals, attendance policies,
and compliance requirements.
* Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with
stakeholders.
* Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
* Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues.Provide end-user training and
post-go-live support.




* Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful
delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

* 6+ years of Workforce Software implementation experience.Experience in at
least one end-to-end WFS implementation project.
* Strong understanding of Workforce.
* PT102/PT103 certification is preferred.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
