This role will contribute to the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
Key responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Guide the architecture Zonal design teams in consultation with management.
• Define and implement the architectural design strategy aligned with the company's goals and market
trends.




• Develop long-term design plans that reflect the company's vision and growth strategy in metro cities.
2. Project Oversight:
• Lead and oversee major architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality and safety
standards.
3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and
ensuring their needs are met.
• Present design proposals and modifications to clients, incorporating their feedback to achieve desired
outcomes.
4. Team Management:
• Lead a team of architects, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and
high-performance work setting.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and career
growth.
5. Design Excellence:
• Oversee the creation of innovative and functional architectural designs that enhance the company's
