As a Strategy& Value Creation - Turnaround and Performance Improvement - Senior
Associate, you will engage with clients to drive strategic initiatives that
enhance performance and create value. Within our Deals practice, you will
leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and develop
actionable solutions that align with client objectives. This role involves




working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored
strategies that foster growth and efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client
relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You
will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and
maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations,
you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are
expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver
quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the
path forward isn’t explicit, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
