Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress to maintain a steady workflow.
Monitor and report on team performance and project progress using appropriate metrics to stakeholders.
Support the team in adopting Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Assist junior team members in understanding Agile processes and encourage their professional growth.
