Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud service management.
Experience in designing scalable and secure IT architectures.
Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.
Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within IT operations.
