Role Description
The Processor is responsible for processing activities related to client benefit plans as configured in organizational tools. The role involves performing SOP-driven transaction processing tasks with accuracy and consistency, while ensuring compliance with internal and client SLAs.




The incumbent is expected to develop a clear understanding of client plan provisions by asking relevant questions and responding to client requirements in a timely manner. The role also requires maintaining updated SOPs and documentation, following predefined procedures, and ensuring performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
Active participation in team huddles and status meetings is essential to ensure accurate delivery of assigned work.
Education & Experience Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
