Role Purpose-
To lead and manage maintenance and operations of dyeing and utility equipment,
including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role ensures
protected, reliable, and efficient operations while driving energy conservation
initiatives and meeting sustainability KPIs.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities-
EHS, Compliance & Safety
* Ensure full compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
and legal requirements.
* Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to statutory regulations,
including the Factories Act and TN Factory Rules.
Maintenance & Reliability
* Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for
dyeing machines and utility equipment (Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers,
Heat Recovery Systems, ETP/STP/ZLD).
* Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine
performance.
* Drive continuous improvement in reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
* Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics (breakdowns, MTBF, MTTR)
