Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality development expertise in
a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and
innovative teammates.

You'll play a critical role in driving supplier quality development strategies
and ensuring the highest standards of quality performance across our supplier
network. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as
Procurement, Engineering, and Operations), conduct supplier audits, and manage




supplier development action plans to enhance their capabilities and performance.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and executing supplier development
priorities and managing supplier performance evaluations, but also contribute to
the continuous improvement of our supplier development tools, methods, and
processes.

We’ll look to you for:

* Deploying the Supplier Quality Development strategy within the commodity

* Advising Procurement Commodity teams on strategy definition and execution

* Conducting supplier process evaluations, including generic and special
process audits

* Defining and consolidating the Supplier Development Priority List and
associated audit plans

* Ensuring consistency and quality in audits conducted by regional teams

* Driving and monitoring Supplier Development action plans at domain and
regional levels

* Providing expertise to support global supplier quality networks and critical
issue resolution

* Organizing and executing wor
