Ecolab is seeking a Project Coordinator - Adobe Workfront Specialist role supporting our Marketing Services team in Global Business Services. The individual in this role will manage and execute end-to-end workflows within Adobe Workfront, supporting Project Manager and Marketing teams in delivering seamless, efficient, and compliant marketing operations. This role will act as the system expert and execution engine, ensuring all work moves smoothly from intake to closure within the platform.
In this role, you will be working closely with Project Manager executing marketing workflows including request intake, project setup, task tracking,
time logins and closure while ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery of the projects. You will also support Marketing Operations lead and Project Manager in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards on Workfront and driving efficient standardized use of the platform.
