What You'll Do
As a Lead Analyst in BCG X Product Delivery,



you will support the delivery of projects and digital solutions for clients across the oil & gas, refining, chemicals, and broader energy value chain. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and technology, helping clients translate complex operational challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
You will help structure client problems, identify value pools, define improvement opportunities, and support the design of use cases across areas such as refining performance, planning and scheduling, margin optimization, emissions reduction, turnaround management, maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence.
You will work closely with BCG case teams, BCG X product and technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure that Ekons solutions are grounded in real business needs. You will support client interviews, workshops, diagnostics, value sizing, business case development, roadmap definition, and change management activities.
