Overview
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Design Developer with expertise in React to design, develop, and enhance up-to-date web applications. This role blends creative design with front‑end engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate excels at translating business and technical requirements into elegant, scalable interfaces and enjoys collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience & Interface Design
Design user-centered interfaces for complex workflows within enterprise web applications.
Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes,



user flows, and interaction models.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI patterns.
Uphold accessibility, usability, and performance standards across all UI deliverables.
Define clear page layouts, navigation structures, interaction flows, and user journeys.
Use prototyping to demonstrate transitions, micro-interactions, and component behaviors.
Frontend Development (React)
Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using React, Vite, Material UI, Redux Toolkit, React Query, React Hook Form, and StyledComponents/SCSS.
Implement reusable component architectures aligned with design system standards.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, visual consistency, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
Integrate UI components with backend APIs and RESTful services.
