We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Operations
In this role, you will:
Build strong working knowledge of Global Liquidity Solutions products (e.g., GLE, MRE, LIS, PCC, Ngvam) and end-to-end operating procedures for the role’s scope.
Lead and supervise GLS products operations/deployment activity across multiple GSC sites, ensuring consistent execution and controls.
Plan,



execute and sign off production verification testing for new GLS products and deployments to recent countries, including effective knowledge transfer for changes and upgrades.
Own the CoE operational framework: procedures, quality check model, MI/reporting, system set-up and contingency readiness.
Ensure BAU performance meets agreed PLAs/cut-offs and delivers strong quality, audit, risk and OOE outcomes; embed BRCM strategies across activities.
Manage incidents and external disruptions through co-ordination, timely escalation, and stakeholder communication.
Build and maintain effective global stakeholder relationships (Product, PCM and Technology teams), ensuring compliance with Global Standards and regulatory expectations.
Provide strong leadership and people management: recruitment, training, development, performance management, succession planning, and leading change in a matrix, multi-cultural environment.
