We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager with 15+ years of
experience to lead large-scale Agile programs, drive alignment across multiple
teams/ARTs, manage dependencies, coordinate release management, facilitate
feature delivery, and enable successful execution across cross-functional and
cross-geography teams.

Key Skills & Experience

* 15+ years of experience required

* Release Train Engineering (RTE) expertise

* Cross-ART and cross-geo coordination

* Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Lean principles, and large-scale delivery
practices

* Experience leading complex programs involving multiple teams or ARTs





* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations

* Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting and
presentations

* Systems thinking and the ability to understand end-to-end solution delivery

* Experience working with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and
Business stakeholders

* Data-driven approach to tracking progress, identifying issues, and driving
improvements

* Coaching and mentoring skills to help teams adopt and mature Agile practices

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in quick-paced
environments

Bonus Skills

* Experience with GitHub, including repository management, pull request
workflows, branch strategies, and release coordination

* Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD platforms

* Understanding of DevOps practices, automated testing, and deployment
pipelines
